This document forms an integral part of NashirNet's approved Terms and Conditions and must be interpreted and applied together with them. Together, they form the legal and regulatory framework governing the relationship between the Company and the Customer.
Using the website, creating an Account, requesting or using any Service, or continuing to use it constitutes an acknowledgment that you have read and understood this document and expressly and bindingly agree to all of its provisions.
If there is any conflict between the provisions of this document and the Terms and Conditions, the general Terms and Conditions shall prevail, unless the conflict relates to a matter specifically governed by this document. In that case, the provisions of this document shall prevail only in relation to that matter.
This Policy explains the types of data requests that NashirNet may receive and the legal and procedural controls governing how such requests are handled, in a manner that ensures compliance with applicable laws and preserves the rights of Customers and relevant parties.

All data requests are subject to NashirNet's approved Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy sets out the general framework for collecting, using, and protecting data, while this Data Request Policy defines the process for handling official or legally authorized requests relating to the disclosure, preservation, or access of data.

First: Data Requests
A Data Request means any official request to obtain information or documents relating to Customer Accounts in connection with:
NashirNet responds to Data Requests only when they are submitted through official legal procedures issued by a competent authority within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Such requests are handled in accordance with applicable laws.

NashirNet may be requested to temporarily preserve records or data associated with Customer Accounts for the purposes of official investigations or legal proceedings.

As a reseller of certain Domain Names subject to ICANN policies, NashirNet may be required to review requests submitted by Third Parties with a legitimate interest for the disclosure of non-public Registrant data:
No data shall be disclosed until the lawfulness of the request has been verified and all legal requirements have been satisfied.
Customer Notification of Disclosure Requests:
As a general rule, NashirNet shall notify the Customer of any official request to obtain their data unless such notification is expressly prohibited under applicable law or by a binding court order.
Information Required in the Request:
For any Data Request to be considered, it must include, at a minimum, the following:
NashirNet reserves the right to request supporting documents, including a copy of the complaint or evidence demonstrating that the requested data is connected to an existing legal proceeding.
Submission of Requests:
Data Requests must be submitted exclusively through one of the following methods:
If no response is received by email, it is recommended that the request be resubmitted or sent through another approved communication method to ensure its receipt.
Fees and Costs:
To the extent permitted by law, NashirNet reserves the right to recover the costs incurred in processing Data Requests. Additional fees may be charged for unusual requests or requests requiring specialized technical or legal effort.
